The Series 7500 is designed to specifically measure the amount of water in liquid streams from ppm to one percent levels, including turbid samples
GOW-MAC Instrument Company brings their latest instrument, the Series 7500 Moisture in Liquids Analyzer to market. The Series 7500 is designed to specifically measure the amount of water in liquid streams from ppm to one percent levels, including turbid samples.

The Series 7500 displays a fast initial response to moisture levels as well as a fast recovery from high moisture levels. It exhibits high sensitivity with a high level of repeatability. The electrochemical cell is designed for high flow rates, thus preventing reformation of water from O2 and H2.

The Series 7500 analyzer is available in stainless steel or corrosion resistant materials for both corrosive and noncorrosive applications.

The sample liquid is reduced in pressure and then flows through a thermostatically controlled cabinet. A bypass is used to ensure the sample is representative of the actual liquid stream. Gas stripping or head space technique is used to remove the water from the liquid. An electrochemical gas cell senses the water content and the reading is displayed on the panel.

Typical applications include: benzene, toluene, ethylene dichloride, vinyl chloride, chlorinated solvents, and many others.
