The Remspec fiber-optic system offers some of its greatest benefits when it is used for reaction monitoring
The Remspec fiber-optic system offers some of its greatest benefits when it is used for reaction monitoring. Instead of removing samples from a reactor - with all of the associated delays and the risk of changes while waiting for analysis - an in-situ spectroscopic probe gives real-time data without perturbing the reaction.
The Remspec mid-IR fiber-optic probe is designed with a slim profile to fit easily into conventional laboratory glassware. Our high-temperature, high-pressure probes are provided with cooling capabilities (to protect the fiber) while still fitting into commonly used pressurized fittings (e.g. Dynisco), and our high-temperature and low-temperature probe heads allow use over the full range of experimental conditions
