The Cyclograph Radial Separator uses centrifugal force to produce thin layer, radial separations. Separation/elution is achieved within 20 min., and there is no need for the scraping of separated bands. This instrument has a maximum loading capacity of 2 to 3 g, and the development speed is controlled both by the solvent pump speed and RPM control. It is offered as a complete system, including the basic unit, a solvent pump with tubing, a set of rotor scrapers and an instruction manual. Optional accessories include a digital speed monitor, a rotor dessicator chamber, and a variety of rotor scraper sizes. This model has a one-year warranty, and is available with rotors ranging from 1000 µm to 8000 µm.
