DosaPrep is an automated unit that allows fast and accurate dissolution media preparation. It filters, preheats, mixes, degasses, and dispenses the media in individual vessels within 15 minutes. The unit can be calibrated very easily in 30 minutes. After each calibration or dispensing mode, a protocol is generated. The protocol can be printed or retrieved from the RC-software. With this unit, buffer, surfactant, or HCl based media can be prepared with exceptionally high mixing accuracy. The well-optimized gradual heating to 37ยบ C and vacuum level ratio achieves an oxygen level of 3.5 ppm.
