Using Millipore's size-exclusion membrane technology, the new kits -- for 96-well Plasmid Miniprep and PCR Cleanup -- use simple protocols that eliminate lengthy bind and elute methods and time-consuming centrifugation steps. The Montage Plasmid Miniprep Kit offers an easy-to-follow and reproducible protocol that recovers 96 clean DNA samples in 50% less time than traditional methods. In one 25 minute protocol, the kit yields high quality DNA that can be used in applications including DNA sequencing and transformation.

The Montage PCR Cleanup Kit allows simple, quick cleanup of PCR products using 96-well MultiScreen plates that deliver high purity and high recovery. The PCR cleanup protocol requires no lengthy washing steps and no organic solvents.
