Excimer Fused Silica

REFLEXAnalytical is a primary manufacturer of Excimer Grade Fused Silica components which are critical in the production of advanced semiconductor chips, lasers, electronics, analytical instruments, microlithography, photolithography, military and aerospace applications requiring 193nm and 248nm technology for transmission and optical imaging.

The key properties of this material are its UV transparency and the optical homogeneity associated with the spatial distribution of the material's refractive index. The material exhibits low laser induced absorption and durability whose useful life is unsurpassed when compared to alternate fused silica material grades. The material is preselected according to the customers' specifications. Isotropic material is typically supplied without striae and zero fluorescence. Material can also be provided for the lowest birefringence, lowest OH content, lowest bubble content but with the highest purity, highest transmittance, highest homogeneity and the highest resistance to excessive energy radiation.
