The ADA Corner Hood is engineered not only to meet the requirements of the American Disabilities Act, but to provide the user with an ergonomic wrap-around design that allows easier access to service on the outside and procedures on the inside of the fume chamber. This design allows a wasted corner in a lab to be used effectively. The hood is intended for access from both standing and sitting (wheelchair) positions, featuring knee space below. The composite construction assures chemical resistance and the wrap-around vertical sliding sash gives the user 180° of viewing.
