CO2 Laser Precision Optics fabricated from REFLEXAnalytical's Potassium Chloride - KCl is a cost effective solution to maximize the productive life of a Zinc Selenide - ZnSe focusing lens within a CO2 laser system designed for cutting or welding at 10.6 micron.

Most lens mounts are designed to provide adequate space for the insertion of a KCl plano-plano lens protector in front of the ZnSe focusing lens. The KCl lens protector establishes nobility to protect against airborne particles and the variety of contaminants surrounding the work area.

REFLEXAnalytical proclaims a proprietary lens processing technique for optimal performance at 10.6 micron. The process provides for superior laser energy throughput thereby eliminating the need for anti-reflection coatings. In addition, this unsurpassed technique enhances resistance to humidity and moisture while also increasing the durability of the lens for extended utility.

The order details are provided below for industry standard diameters (1.00", 1.10", 1.25", 1.50" and 2.00"). Certain lens mounts will require a smaller or larger lens thickness to properly adapt. Click the drop down menu and select the appropriate thickness. If unlisted, offer request for a specific diameter, thickness or drilled configuration.

Other CO2 laser replacement parts available upon request include but are not limited to: Sodium Chloride - NaCl lens protectors, ZnSe plano convex and meniscus lenses, ZnSe beamsplitters and windows, turning mirrors, Molybdenum mirrors, total reflectors, metal mirrors, zero phase reflectors, output couplers, end reflectors and phase retardation reflectors.

The following is a list of CO2 laser systems supported:

Amada, Bystronic, Cincinnati, Coherent, Convergent Energy, Laser Cut, Laser Lab, Mazak, Mitsubishi, PRC Laser, Rofin-Sinar, Strip-It, Synrad and Trumpf.

The materials processed satisfy strict quality control standards which meet or exceed the performance requirements of the CO2 laser system manufacturer. Custom components are encouraged and available upon request; mechanical drawings with specifications and tolerances are prerequisite.
