The Upchurch Scientific Capillary Sample Trap Columns are ideal for separating and concentrating and/or purifying biological samples.
The Upchurch Scientific Capillary Sample Trap Columns are ideal for separating and concentrating and/or purifying biological samples. The Sample Trap features a fused silica capillary column packed with reversed phase C18, high-carbon load, 5µm spherical silica with 300Å porosity or a version with Strong Cation Exchange (SCX) 5µm/85Å material. Unpacked versions are also available, as well as conductive versions for applying voltage to the fluid path, as in electrospray applications. Each also incorporates a 1µm filter with only 10nL swept volume. By using our column coupler, two or more columns may be connected in sequence.
