Qualitative And Quantitative Analysis Of Beta-Carotene Using UPC2

A UPC2 method was successfully developed to separate the three most common carotenoids in less than two minutes. This method is four times faster that traditional methods of analysis, thereby reducing organic solvent consumption by 85%. The high-throughput UPC2 method is ideally suited for laboratories routinely performing quality control and regulatory compliance monitoring where a large number of assays are required.
