An automated solution, RenderPerfect can simultaneously render up to 155 file formats into four industry-standard formats: PDF, the current standard for regulatory submissions publishing and electronic records; HTML, content tailored for the Web content management systems; XML, a format that seamlessly transforms static information into dynamic content that can be reused and repurposed; and Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), the latest World Wide Web Consortium standard and the future of high-fidelity documents.

Providing unlimited flexibility within a robust, scalable, and secure low-administration server environment, RenderPerfect provides high-throughput and process-efficient content transformation. In addition to queue-based polling, RenderPerfect allows immediate on-demand rendering, which alleviates the need for processor and time-intensive queries that impact DMS performance.

RenderPerfect renders from up to 155 file formats, including entire suites from Corel, Lotus, and Microsoft. It enables renditions to be created from mainstream CAD applications like AutoCAD, ChemDraw, and MicroStation. RenderPerfect aggregates multiple physical queues into single or multiple virtual queues that can then be easily filtered and prioritized.

RenderPerfect leverages existing enterprise database systems for job information (Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and Oracle). It also interfaces to content management systems and document management systems such as Documentum, FileNET, OpenText, and Microsoft Windows File System through a single server.
