The HFM Series flowmeter has an insulated thermo electric sensor that provides zero stability and allows installation in any orientation plane. This flowmeter features an integral filter and a replaceable closed loop electronics card. This flowmeter can be used for leak testing, medical research, vapor deposition, R&D and process flows, semiconductor processes, pollution monitoring, gas blending and chromatography. It is also available with fittings, O ring seals, enhanced response time, and enhanced flow stability.
