Upchurch Scientific's 1/32" OD tubing and fittings are designed primarily for use in some Agilent HPLC systems.
Upchurch Scientific's 1/32" OD tubing and fittings are designed primarily for use in some Agilent HPLC systems. Our 1/32" OD PEEK™ tubing offers IDs ranging from .0025" (65µm) to .020" (.50mm). Fittings include a 6,000 psi ferrule to use with our popular two-piece Fingertight Fittings as well as a 5,000 psi LiteTouch ferrule — both for 10-32 coned ports. Additionally, 1/32" OD tubing may be connected to standard 10-32 coned ports by using our Silica SealTight™ Sleeve with an applicable SealTight fitting. For 1/4-28 flat-bottom ports we have a 2,500 psi Super Flangeless™ ferrule. Other products for 1/32" OD tubing include a True "Zero Dead Volume" Union and Mini Microfilters.
